We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with all original accessories and packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Fulfillment & Packaging Notice
Ultra Human Ring products are currently sourced and fulfilled through authorized manufacturing partners. During this transition phase, some units may arrive in original manufacturer packaging. This does not affect product functionality, warranty eligibility, or customer support, which are fully managed through Ultra Human Ring.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and card providers may require additional processing time.
